Terms for submissions

Version 2026-10-22. Draft: these terms have not been reviewed by a lawyer yet and may change before launch. Accepting a new version is required before your next submission.

You keep ownership of your runs and give LF a broad licence to show, clip and post them anywhere. Each run records which version of these terms it was submitted under.

  1. Licence. By submitting a run, you grant LF a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to host, copy, display, publish, distribute, edit and promote your Submission in any media. That includes the Any% website, X, YouTube, TikTok, Reddit and other social platforms. Editing includes cutting clips and adding captions, overlays and commentary.
  2. Submission. "Submission" means the video, run logs, results and scores, the system's name and description, and any prompts or model outputs you did not withhold.
  3. Ownership. This is a licence, not a transfer. You keep ownership of your Submission, and no payment is owed.
  4. Credit. LF credits each Submission to your alias, the name you choose on the site.
  5. Removal. You can delete a Submission from the site at any time, and LF will take it off the site. Social posts already published may stay up.
  6. Your promises. You have the right to submit everything in the Submission. It contains no one else's personal data, no secrets and no unlawful content. Publishing your model's outputs is allowed under your model provider's terms.
  7. Public by default. Logs, results and video are public. Don't put anything in a prompt you aren't willing to publish, unless you withhold it.
  8. Moderation. LF may reject or remove any Submission, or take a system off the leaderboard, at its discretion.
  9. Games. You run each game yourself, on your own copy, under its own licence and terms, including any end-user licence agreement. The site never hosts game files. Each game's pages carry its own notice that Any% is not affiliated with its publisher.
